You just gotta finesse them. If it sticks, tap the razor a bit and don't try to force the blade. The blades do have a tendency to catch on the lip of the magazine. Turning the razor so the top of the magazine faces the floor usually does the trick. Let gravity work for you.
I can't say anything about the old Figaro but this Figaro Monsieur Gold Shaving Soap is wonderful, fantastic Oud scent, lathered like a dream. I really like this one.
My haul from Sicily, Italy. I Think I did pretty darn good, don't you? The bottle of rum and the bottle of vodkais ingredients for holyrollahs homemade Bay rum aftershave

My knots came today. Three pure badgers, 21x70mm. I got them from granvillage_green in China. I have been pleased with their knots so far. I must order five more to break even. I have them dry fitted in the handles that may be their new homes. Below: Jayaruh #17b, Jayaruh #19, Jayaruh #16.
First pics of my Schick type F I received in an unidentified razor lot. After a quick soak in the scrubby bubbles and buff with the dremel With some proper brass/aluminum polish it would sparkle like new. I'm stoked to try it out
Being of solid materials rather than plated definately makes it easier to bring them back to life, thats for sure.
It's a C. The C came three ways OC, Closed Comb and Smooth Bar. This looks like a smooth bar C. Did it come with the cap?
Teach me to read the small print. I was wrong. I saw the difference and where it says they came in different head designs when I looked earlier on my computer.
They made open comb Bs & Cs. OC Type Bs are rarer. They made smooth bar Bs & Cs. SB Type Cs are rarer. Go figure!
