Day 6 of 7-day Mastro Livi Test Drive Winding up the seven day trial tomorrow so today's shave is the next-to-last opportunity using this fine razor. After the standard 30 or so laps on smooth leather, I had another smooth 3-pass shave! The MWF lather isn't quite as slick as the L'Occitane Cade soap I've used the previous two days, and I can definitely feel the blade's edge more. No irritation, though, and best of all, no blood-letting. Just a fine shaving experience! Great razor!

Prep: Hot shower with Neutrogena Face Wash with menthol, home made PSO Razor: Star 1912 pat., Hamburg Concave Quick Cutter straight razor Blade: GEM PTFE coated SE blade (10) Brush: Turkish #6 Soap: Stirling - Margaritas In The Arctic After: Home made ASB, Osage Rub After Shave Cologne: Midnight In Paris It is Menthol Monday! The #6 brush whipped up the MITA into a nice and cool lather this morning. The Star paired with the GEM blade and the Quick Cutter did their jobs knocking down the 3 days of stubble with ease. The Osage Rub brought the arctic chill and the Midnight In Paris was a great finish for this Darn Fine Shave. Have a blessed day!
