yeah... I know.. guilty as charged. I was wondering if any of the rest of the old group was still around...

 

And what am I? Just feather and fat?

Well... um... nevermind.

So we both just popped back in here within 24 hours after being MIA forever.

And Jim is part of the system now?! I better watch what I say.

Where's JoAnna? She'll protect me. Queen! I summon you!

 

Yup... just a few more faces missing and it will be 2011 all over again. Oh well.. gotta get some sleep 4:30 comes very early.

 

So far... my day has involved a lot of sneezing.

Crazy day today. I decided to put some soil in the fishtank to help the plants grow. So I took all the plants out, the fish (fast little buggers) then drained all the water and cleaned the tank. I put everything back in then all I had to do was add the water again. I made one mistake. I had a big bucket of water and poured it all in, and it disturbed the gravel and bought the soil up into the water.
So I had to start all over again .
Very frustrating. Just hope the fish will be OK.

 

Today marks the start of cubs. I'm an assistant leader. It should be exciting...here's hoping the kids aren't too unruly! I've been a scout leader for the past few years...but not cubs.

 

I just got back from the orthopedisst's office. As I suspected, I need a partial knee replacement. Not a surprise, so I am not upset; just wanting to get it overwith, so I can start to heal. I have to admit that it strikes me funny, that the number of knee surgeries will exceed the number of knees I've got.

 

Paul, rest is the only thing that will work. Take it slow my friend.
