WEDNESDAY Early morning shave using the ODH. Smooth and effortless per usual when shaving with this fine razor. Finished with a splash of some vintage English Leather 'Lime'—won in the recent TSD Raffle. I haven't used this stuff in years. Very 'limey' and 'leathery'…. Have a happy HumpDay, all!
CRSWednesday This was a superb shave all around, and my first with PAA Lime, Ginger, Tea Tree aftershave. I have to say this one is a great eye opener. The scent is bright and fresh, while the menthol provides a nice cool feel, not a face freezer. I see now that I will be getting the marching soap at some point. Lime opens strong and bright, followed by spicy ginger and other green notes. The dry down is still a fresh gingery lime. Excellent skincare leaves me soft and smooth. CRSW always provides optimal lather, through which my New LC comfortably mowed down my stubble. This razor is very smooth and forgiving, but that smooth skin feel lasts much longer when I use the Fatboy. Prep: Dove hydrate wash Soap: Cold River Soap Works Jardin d'Orange Brush: HIS Razor: Gillette New LC Blade: Voskhod (3) AS: PAA Lime Ginger Tea Tree

Shave of the day Pre- Hot shower, Jumping Juniper shampoo cake from Lush Soap/cream- Taylor of old bond street ST Jermyn street & Cyril R Salter shaving cream mix bowl lathered in my new salsa bowl Brush- Omega S-brush Synthetic Razor- WEBER polished head stainless steel Blade- Gillette Silver Blue Post- Cold water rinse, Humphreys witch hazel, Lucky tiger bay rum aftershave lotion and Nivea sensitive cooling aftershave balm I got some stuff in the mail today from my good friend Kerry. Omega s-brush, blades and a new bowl, that just happens to be my favorite color! The omega is so soft and nice! Wow.. Thank you @RaZorBurn123 and the bowl has ridges which I felt really made a difference. My lather bowl was completely flat. I did a 2 pass shave with some minor touch up. You know those days you feel you can't get the close shave you usually get, this is one of them. But it might have been that I used a few new things at ones and it was a while since I used that cream mix too. I still got a comfortable shave. I added some Bay Essential oil to my Lucky tiger bay rum AS, it makes the whole aftershave smell nicer. It was a nice bay rum, but I like the bay to come through more noticeable =D
I had my first shave yesterday in about 2 weeks due to my face being engulfed in poison ivy so bad my eyes were swollen shut. Feeling alot better today, and realizing I have not made a shaving video in months, I think my shave today will be recorded and posted here. Yes, it's the return of the Speed Shaver!
Thank you! Still some swelling but progressing. I was just angry with the fact this couldn't wait until Halloween. I looked like Pluto from The Hills Have Eyes
I like it very much..... nice backbone and with a good splay too...... the black color is a nice change too...
