    Hi TSD!

Picture is me, Mrs Samurai, and the newest gun dog on the Prairie. He was 8 days old in the pic on 23 August. He will come to our house to live around 10 October. He is a German Short-haired Pointer registered under the name "Jethro Barkevious". We will call him "Jet".
  7. I think I speak for everyone else when I say we Would Love another picture on 10 October.

  11. @Omelmad back when we had our Rottweiler we went overnight to the beach and left him home alone. When we got home he was sitting in front of the front door, he broke through the bedroom window and waited all night.
My neighbor tried to bring him over to his house but he wouldn't go.

  15. New Canine addition to my household this morning!

German Short-haired Pointer is the breed, and "Quint Valley Jethro Barkevious" is his registered name. We call him Jet. The larger dog is my nine year-old male named Ace. They have the same father.

  16. Nice. Will he be living up to his pedigree and hunting birds?

  17. He will train this year, and it will be next fall, at least, until he can assist with pheasant and such. He and I start lure training next weekend. But, yes.
