Shave of the evening

Pre- Hot shower, Jumping Juniper shampoo cake from Lush
Soap/cream- Proraso Green tea and Oat
Brush- Omega midget mixed hair
Razor- WEBER polished head stainless steel
Blade- Gillette Silver Blue
Post- Cold water rinse, Humphreys witch hazel, Homemade unscented aftershave lotion with a touch of Pinaud Clubman Original after shave lotion and Vitru Age Combat aftershave balm

2 pass shave this evening. WTG and XTG. I got a comfortable shave. It was an evening shave so I used my unscented Homemade AS, I wanted a liiiittle scent so I added just a little bit of Clubman.

This shave was a little better than the other GSB I tried, hmm maybe there are some hope still =)

I bowl lathered the proraso with the midget brush and then continued to lather the soap on my face until I reached the desired consistency. I think this brush will be very nice when broken in fully =)

No shave today. I have a 1 PM tee time tomorrow for the Club Championship so I'll shave in the morning. That way I will post my Shave Den Sunday shave.

Did a quick 3 pass shave today with the Musgo Real soap. I have been very happy with the reformulation of this soap, both the scent and the ease of making the lather. Finished off with Cinawood Boroka which has a nice sweet scent and a menthol kick. Hope everyone had a great shave and a great day!!

After waiting a long time I finally have another Gillette Menthol cream. I had thought it was discontinued, but I was able to buy some from Italian Barber. I love the scent, lather, and nice, invigorating menthol effect this cream has and the skincare is also pretty darned good. The Lucky Tiger aftershave cream is something I hope to always have in my rotation because in addition to its strong menthol feeling it's very moisturizing and soothing with a scent that I love. Viva Aqua Velva - another top favourite aftershave of mine!

30 Days with a Schick G

Second day in a row on La Toja, and it was flawless lather like always. This blade may be dulling, a weeper or two appeared. Alum and M-bomb Florida Water was today's finisher. I will give the blade one more day. Just an average Saturday out here watching college ball and being lazy. Other than that...all is quiet in Colorado.

The TOBS Lavender Shaving Cream face-lathered well with my Bethlehem Olivewood ST brush. Two passes with my Gillette President razor and a Personna SS Injector blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Lemon WH and then Florida Water as an after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
