After 2 shaves with the Fat Boy set to 5, I will try opening the gap to 6 tomorrow. There appears to be not enough aggressiveness with it set to 5. I had a good shave today with no problems. 3 passes and pretty darn smooth.

Rustic Mahogany today. 20 seconds to load the oscar11 HMW. Easy, thick, slick, lather. I loaded a new Gillette Platinum in the Fat Boy. Great smooth, close, shave. I finished with CC Southern Oud.

Great shave. Having an abundance of soaps/creams means some get bumped down, Soap Commander Endurance should be up! Fantastic soap. The Aristocrat is a great razor! Feels and handles like a sports car.

Switched to the RazoRock Bamboozled RAKE, which handles the Bolzano a mite better for me, along with a fresh blade. Fewer instances of tugging and irritation, though the blade needed today to break in. Only two passes, with a little irritation under my chin for otherwise DFS results.

 

The last of my I Coloniali soap.

Today's shave was a uber lather. I took the remaining tiny slivers of my favourite shave soap and mixed it with some shave cream it worked very well.

Don't feel alone, just yesterday I picked-up 3 weepers in one ATG stroke of my left upper lip ;where a moustache would be if I had one; area....}:^/ Same reason, just not paying attention, while experimenting with a new very aggressive razor...Not a good recipe...ha,ha...But it sure is nice to have some menthol to freeze the area after an incident like that occurs, isn't it..?..ha,ha...Today I plan to be more careful myself aswell !

 

Bronze?! Ha! I had thought it was all-black! Regardless, it still looks great and Jay is doing some fine work!

 

Yeah, the menthol did help quite a bit - today's shave was issue-free!

 

Second shave with the Float-O-Flex.
Same good, close shave. It's aggressive but I still don't feel that the flexing head really makes any difference - good or bad

The Meca Root whipped up nicely with the Silvertip. The Gillette Old OC is a nice razor, but it is rather aggressive with my blade of choice, the Feather. I just have to be careful with this light razor, and use no pressure. Very nice two pass shave with some touchup. Warm water rinse and pat dry. Some WH and after cleanup some JB Balm. Finished with some Old Spice original Shulton from 1956. The Spice rules! Y'all have a good one!
