I found the key on the bottom of the puck of Godrej to be pretty cool. It made me think what is the key to getting a great shave? Experimentation. So I decided to take a shower after the shave, instead of before, so I washed my face with Noxzema after the shave and it worked out pretty well. Better than it did as a pre shave for me. Finished off with Reef Point after the shower and it feels great. Hope everyone has a great shave and a great day!

Had a really good shave this morning with my iKon B1 razor.

Blade: Voskhod Teflon Coated (2)

Soap: Jack's Soap
A/S: Pinaud Musk

Same procedure today, added a little menthol crystals to this soap, and it worked out very well. I am very surprised at the Voskhod blade. It provides a very close shave with very little resistance. Glides very smoothly in in the Aristocrat. Pretty well kept the same angle of attack tonight as I'm still learned this new blade. 3 passes as always.

Great stuff. Just put a couple drops on the soap, lather, and voila - mentholated! Look for M-bomb on in the TSD Shop.

The Col. Conk Lime Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #18 Silver Tip brush. First pass with my Micromatic Bullet-tip razor and a GEM Stainless Single Edge blade followed by second pass with the Gillette SC NEW gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Lemon WH and then Pinaud Lilac Vegetal after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
