Yow! I just had my first shave with a PAL Injecto Matic that I got in the mail yesterday. It cleaned up nicely and I was anxious to test drive it. I've seen it said more than once that the PAL will blow a Schick right out of the water.
Well, I can see where that
might be true. The first passes were super smooth and did a great job cleaning up the stubble. I was very careful and found that it required an even shallower angle than the Schick to do it's work well. All was going fine until I noticed a weeper here and there. And then a nick. And then another nick. And then a slice. And then
more weepers.

Could this PAL be a vampire? Once it tasted blood it just seemed to keep going for more.
I did end up with a super close shave and the closeness rivals my OCMM. However, I can see that focus on technique is critical here - a small deviation from the right angle and it isn't pretty. Either that, or there is a different technique I need to learn with these. It will going to be back into the rotation soon as I can see that when this one is tamed, it will be an amazing razor to shave with.
But first I need to give my face a break from three days of the OCMM and now this.
Here's the blood thirsty beast waiting to be tamed...

Anyone who has suggestions for taming this one will likely save me a good bit of bloodletting by sharing what works for them. My face and I thank you in advance!
