well, just goes to show that i'm not half the man i thought i was, or you are!...razor color or rust, that razor scares me!
sorry, that read really snippy. I didn't mean it that way. I meant to be informative, not authoritative.
No worries David, I took it as you intended. If anyone was snippy it was me with my initial tetanus comment that, evidently, was uneducated. I'm glad that my friend from the Pacific NW @Mustache has a sense of humor! Cheers! RT
Razor: Gillette Black Tip (X3) 1952 Blade: Voskhod Teflon Coated (2) Brush: Omega 10066 Boar Cream: Proraso Green Bowl: Yokohama Studio (Hand Painted) A/S: Lucky Tiger DFS this evening. Working on improving my razor angles this month. A new razor every week takes a shave or two to get the angle correct.
I was at Camp Pendleton also. Shipped out from San Fran to Vietnam. I believe as a Corpsman you qualify for Corpsmen Heaven. You've got my vote for sure.
No doubt! Even the close-ups that @Mustache later sent look that way to me! But he did say it was Bakelite in his original description. I guess I'm just distracted by pictures too much and skipped the text! (I used to "read" a lot of comic books too!)

Thursday morning: Neutrogena Men Facial Wash Large Horsehair Barbershop Super Speed/Derby day 4 Krampert's Frostbite SS Lucky Tiger AS Cream Krampert's Frostbite AS Drakkar Noir EdT Again I'm putting the freeze to my face and it's a good one - Brian's Frostbite soap delivers a ton of awesome lather with a great scent and PLENTY of menthol goodness. Ok, not quite as icy as the Synergy Frost_byte and certainly not as potent as what a Glacial soap would give, but still pretty damned icy. I'm really loving the Lucky Tiger a/s cream, and the Frostbite aftershave from Brian has wonderful skincare as well as a POWERFUL menthol kick. I'm still trying to figure out the scent. Some guys say frankincense and pine, but I don't really know. Whatever it is, it smells awesome!
