I honestly couldn't wait to see your response to that question. LOL...very nicely done.

 

The patent on the Merkur Futur expired a few years ago. There is a copy now made in China. I wondered what they were like so I ordered one. They sold me this razor with a Boar Brush for $21.93 with free shipping. They simply called it a "High quality male double edge safety shaving razor". I read a review on another shaving site. It was said to shave like the Futur and missed only the mark between each number. I look forward to seeing it for myself. The price seemed great. Now how will the razor be?

 

Pretty good price to test it out. I've read mixed reviews on owner's experiences, but overall, for the price, it seems to be a fairly respectable knockoff.

Ive only ever seen this handle version once before and never have I seen this case.

Yesterday, I scored a 1939-1941 US Aristocrat. It is on its way from Seattle. I already have one, but it's pretty beat up. I hope this one looks a little better than the one I have.

I truly enjoy my SS Helix and I have regretted not ordering a custom one from Toby before he closed the list. I had to be the fastest typing fool ever to get this one.
