How does the Semogue 1800 compare to the 1250?

I know both have a 22mm knot and the loft is 55mm and the 1800 is dyed and the 1250 in not. Are they the same other than that? I saw somewhere that the 1800 bristles are Extra 75% and Premium 90% tops. I could not find what the 1250 bristles are composed of.
Anyone that is familiar with both of these brushes please give me your opinion on them. How do they compare? I want to use it for face lathering mostly.

There isn't a great, discernible difference in the feel of the knot, but I preferred the 1800 because of the Premium 90% bristles used. However, YMMV.
Nonetheless, both should be just fine for face-lathering.

Just go to Vintage Scent's website to read the description on both brushes.
Basically, the main difference is that the 1250 uses White Best 90% tops, whereas the 1800 uses Extra 75% tops mixed with Premium 90% tops.

The 1250 has more premium bristles than the 1800. But the mix on the 1800 I thought might make it better for face-latheing. I was just wondering which one would best for face-lathering.

I love them both, my 1800 has more backbone than mu 1250.
