  2. I have been able to clean my single and double rings that way. I have hopes for this one.

  3. Since I'm doing an injector focus this month I'm comparing the G to the B . Initially I feel like the B is a milder shaver but both give fine results. More shaves will be needed....

  4. How does it shave? I only have used mine 1 time so far. Did you find it on the mild side or aggressive? What blades did you use?
As I am asking questions what are this weeks winning lottery numbers?

  5. I was surprised at how mild it is but not to say that it isn't effective. The razor seems to have a place where it will cut and outside of that window it does nothing. Now that is my impression after 3 shaves with it but really I have had great shaves right away with it and it didn't take any time at all to find the groove.

  8. I tried personna blades in all 3 of my schicks and had terrible results but I have had amazing shaves out of the same 3 razors using the Chinese Schick branded blades. I found the B, C and G nearly too similar to decide on a preference until I did side by side shave tests. I split my face and had some shave offs. For me in order of most comfortable to least was B, G, C. My B type is an open comb and it seemed to be more efficient then the G slightly but the shaves were near identical. The C was as efficient as the G but was slightly less comfortable. Again the difference in shave quality was not huge. It was the difference of a tingle.
  9. I have similar experience's with the Personna blades in the Repeaters Sir...Blades make a huge difference in the Repeaters for sure...No Bones about It...;)

  10. I've had my C3 for awhile. It shaves fine and I use it for travel.

With all the shavers making progress utilizing the loading mechanism, I thought I'd clean mine and see if I could make it work.

But I'm not quite sure what to do with all these pieces?!! :think002:

  13. the loading mechanisms work but I have a pack of original vintage blades and they are quite a bit thicker. The thinner blades hang up sometimes. The c type is very easy to unhang but the B type causes foul language.

  14. Yeah I find the same Sir...I always load my A & B Types by hand and resist the temptation to load them through the magazine although its tempting but I don't want to jam up my razors and knacker them...Its one of things you can get away with until...Shit...:shocked029:

  15. I have 3 or 4 blades in each of mine but when I used them last I handloaded. Those are my backup blades hidden away for safe keeping.

I'll report back on my progress after I get some time to work on it.
