Update on the shave this moring; One of the most face freezing if not the most freezing shave I have had in four years of wet shaving. Cryogen may not be the best post shave soap out there but damn this stuff is cold. Subzero then double dose of Cryogen, don't know what I was thinking. This is the first time using the Cryogen AS and I'm going to have to do a side by side comparison with B&M Arctique as this felt just as cold if not colder this morning. First time anything has made my eyes water and stinging on the cheeks. More than likely the combination of the three but wow. Post feel and aroma goes to B&M Arctique but pure face freeze might go to Cryogen. Give my face a day off from freezing then do a side by side on Wednesday.
23Nov15 I'm really going to miss this soap when its gone, I think. It was an unused puck in my Barbershop mug. Still had the B logo in it so I know it was unused and belonging with the mug/brand. It doesn't have the best smell, kind of a musty soap smell, but it lathers good and applies nicely. I've also been using one of my first brush restores. I originally didn't like the results because I didn't set it deep enough and it is kind of floppy. I'm getting used to it and really don't mind it now, although still not one of my favorites. FB on 4, Astra SS (2), a couple small nicks but an overall good shave.
Don't know who changed it but I like it !!!! This morning when I dropped my granddaughter off at school she told me to stay out of her closest, so now I know where she is hiding my two Christmas packages.

Today I used the same razor but changed the twin blade for a fresh Chick blade. Much smoother and just as clean a shave. Good day all!

As indicated, it's the number of passes a particular blade has made across my whiskers, with the direction of those passes listed before the parentheses. Folks indicate how many days a particular blade has been in use, but that's often an imprecise marker, since a person who, for example, typically makes only a single WTG pass is going to expect a different degree of longevity in his blade, if measured in days used, than a person who typically makes four passes per day.
