Man, this is gonna be hard to pass up...Lee, Will, JoAnna, Bobby...AND the best of the bunch, JENNA!!! I seem to recall something major on my work calendar, but I gotta try for this!

 

You are getting her at 9PM and want to get Lunch in Alexandria, you gonna be picking her up a few hours early.

If it is Alexandira, may I reccomend Austin Grill on King ST? Love the margarita's and it is still child friendly.

 

I can take lunch from 1100 to 1300 (or 1pm) or get off ealry and be in Aleandria around 4.

 

Family friendly is good. Mother is always welcome. I will work on it.

Would love to come, but I'll be getting ready for a major lecture presentation by a noted SC naturalist in combination with the opening of our changing exhibit at the Museum. I could have gone to New Orleans to meet up with my sister and her business partner that weekend, too, but the lecture and reception was something I couldn't get out of! Plus my wife has to work anyway.

4 pm is fine. Keep in mind that from 4ish - 6:30ish 95 S from D.C. has very slow moving traffic. Where will you be travelling from at that time ?

 

Slow MOVING? What moving? The semi-good news is, she will be traveling north. She should be able to make it to Woodbridge before she comes to a dead stop. :rofl

 

Going North in afternoon is fine. That leaves options.

 

Excellent choice in Old Town as long as you know parking is a PITA.
