In preparation for NB 2016, I have deleted all shave related links except TSD. As with my soaps, there are enough enablers here to last a lifetime. Making it through here will provide more than enough temptation(s).

I cleared out my watch lists and saved searches on Ebay for the same reason. Of course I've bought stuff over the last week in preparation for NB 2016.

Yes, I will need to place one more order before January 1...just a few items to make the year of no-buy a grand success....maybe just one more tub of Proraso...just in case. I can't be without the necessities of life!
What is everyone else going to stock up on before January 1?

Well...its a start...

I'm really pretty well set except for a razor or two. Im still hunting for a golden 500, as far as soap goes I bought another tub of the Razorock lime last week because it is my favorite. I have the Single Edge injector coming in a few months but that has been payed for. Blades no problem 200 feathers for the mongoose ,12 packs of chicks , 100 Polsilvers plus 200 Astras, 100 Derbys for the wife, and 100 wilkinson. I'm really thinking that this could be good. But the golden 500....

On a side note I just dropped $450 on paint.... Maybe the razor thing could have a rest.

I ordered some soaps I really wanted to try. I need some witch hazel then I'm ready for no buy 2016.

I am about ready to do a NB'16 after reading many of the remarks posted so far. I have more stuff than I can uses. I am just completing a year of one razor one week. I have been making brushes this year, and I have piffed some, traded some, and sold one or two. I have four or five that I will be holding on to for sure, so I will be thinning the herd. There are four razors that I would eventually like to acquire, but I don't really need to get them. I would just like to have them. So, I will be open for trades in 2016, but I am pretty sure that I can do another year of No Buy, even though I just came off an almost completely successful Shave Gear Sabbatical 2015.

Since I enjoy The Shave Den so much, I am planning to make regular donations through out the year to TSD in addition to the NB 2016.

I think I might have to buy witch hazel. I use the generic drugstore brand as a splash after every shave, so I'd have to but a case of it to keep me going for a year. Aside from that, I'll won't be buying anything.

I am going to buy consumables throughout 2016 such as blades and witch hazel as I use them up.

I think those of us who are signing up for the No Buy 2016 should put "No Buy 2016" in our signature block. I have, and I notice others have as well.

This is a great idea. I'm joining NB16.

I need to replenish a bottle of clubman original and then I am set with NB 16. The new Rockwell MIM will be free when it arrives, (everyone who bought the original 6S gets a free replacement) so not a "buy" technically.
Actually haven't bought anything since May as it is. (TFS tobacco Verde hard puck if I recall)
In fact I am purging items I don't use/enjoy, so not only no buy, but selling/PIFing stuff.
