I used this Robeson Cutlery 4/8 that I captured in the wild. All those dark areas on the blade are reflections.

These are getting hard to find, a limited release of 450 blades hand hammered and forged by Pierre Thiers around~1884, released about five years ago. Been looking for one for a LONG time!
A great looking Wade & Butcher Mike I would be tempted to lightly restore the razor what's the size on the blade?
Jamie it's between 17/16's and 9/8's along it's length. I don't have any intention of any restoration as it's completely original, it's never even been unpinned. Scales are in great shape, and the patina is consistent and honest, so I've just Ren Waxed it up, and that's all I'll do to it. Lot's of very shiny FBU's around, darn few in original great condition .
