An interesting shave ... but let me start at the beginning:
I won this razor at @
Lyndon 's christmas stocking PIF (thanks again for this) and it arrived yesterday. When I loaded the blade this morning, I noticed that something with this razor was a little off. And I soon realized what it was: the top plate does not sit straight in the middle of the razor. The reason for that is a slightly bent center screw. The effect: two totally different blade gaps and blade angles on either side:

Now that I knew what the problem was I deciced to shave one side of my face with the narrow blade gap, the other one with the wide gap side of the razor. The effect was as expected: the narrow side was very mild, the wider gap more aggressive, with a totally different sound. What's interesting though: both sides gave me an almost identical pretty much BBS shave in 2 passes.

And the handle is really good - I like the length, the weight and the grip.
The Aftershave burned just a little on the left side of my face (the one I shaved with the more aggressive side), but just for 1 or 2 seconds. The right side was totally quiet.
I thought about trying to adjust the screw, but I think I just leave the razor as it is and call it my RazoRock "2 in 1"

Definitely an interesting shave!
