    Nice relaxing shave. In all honesty the Gillette Aristocrat is without doubt my second favorite razor, that's saying a lot. Gingers Garden is really nice stuff. It's raining really hard right now.

    Route 66 Bourbon Jungle today. 20 seconds to load the Elite Silvertip. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette Platinum in the FH Tech. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Burberry London

    I like La Toja. Maybe it is only because I rub it on my face and then face lather, but it is plenty slick, has lots of cushioning, and smells great.

    La Toja is fantastic, I like it too. Probably the best of the bunch of inexpensive soaps - though I haven't tried Arko yet :D

    While Arko is good, I would argue that La Toja beats it in terms of slickness and cushioning.

    Route 66 A Perfect Gent
    Real Red Point 5/8 full hollow round end
    Gillette blue tip(A2)
    Gillette silver blue(3)
    Pinaud Lime SEC
    today's shave was nice. I hauled a few razors yesterday. I was chompin' at the bit to use them. perfect lather from the gent and soc. three passes with the red point. touch-up with the blue tip, very nice close shave. finished with SEC.
    hope y'all did as well, or better.
