**DONE** Convert someone to wet/DE shaving PIF

Thanks, Andrew. I've already become a victim of the RAD, lol. But this PIF will do nothing to satisfy my RAD since I'll be using it to try to convert my buddy to the wet shave.

Very generous. I am a new member here and use a straight razor, but looking to get in to the D E world. Maybe bleed a little less.. So I Am In. Thank you

 

The PIF items arrived today. My buddy that I'm giving this to is out of town tending to a family matter this weekend, but I'll pass it on to him when he returns on Monday or Tuesday. After looking at the Weishi 9306 razor, I'm a little jealous of my buddy, lol. In the spirit of this wonderful PIF, I'm going to add in a 5-pack of Wilkies (and an extra lathering bowl) so he can start using it right away. I hope this ends up as a successful conversion.

No problem. And I had realized I didn't include any blades in the PIF so I threw in my favorites, GSBs hope he enjoys this new/old way of shaving.
P.S. sorry about the crude packaging, when I got to the post office I realized I didn't bring and padding so had to use thrown away ads from the trash can #ghetto lol

 

I'm glad you mentioned the GSB blades in your post. I didn't see them in the box. But after reading your post here, I went back to the box and found them at the bottom. (I'm glad I didn't throw it out. I plan to use it when do a PIF.) I didn't look for them since they weren't listed, but I'll pass them on to my buddy. I'll still give him the Wilkies, though. That way he has a little variety until he purchases a variety pack of his own. Also, even though the razor stand was in the picture of your initial post, it wasn't listed as part of the PIF, so I was pleasantly surprised to see the razor stand when I opened the box. Thanks for including that!

PS – No worries about the packaging. Everything arrived in excellent condition, and that's what really matters. Thanks again for this PIF. This was very kind and generous of you, whiteboy_cannon!

It took a while until I was able to give this to my buddy, but I was finally able to give it to him late last week. I had lunch with him today and he really likes it. He's especially fond of the soap. He said it was nice to have a shave with no razor burn after it was done. Thanks again for this PIF, @whiteboy_cannon.
