•1962 Slim •Polsilver Super Iridium Extra Stainless (thanks to NapalmCola) •Cremo Cooling cream (thanks to Walmart) Three pass BBS. Rinsed my brush thoroughly to make sure I was testing the Cremo alone. Sure enough, it does lather up; maybe not as heavily as some but good enough. I got three passes worth just from the recommended almond-sized dollop that I face lathered up each time. The scent is a refreshing peppermint with a decent dose of methol feel during and after the shave. Very invigorating, I will be buying this stuff again. Next time I'm going to mix it with Arko Cool; THAT should make for a good shave! 1st pass on 5, then 6, then - just for fun - 9. The Polsilver Super Iridium is one of the smoothest blades I've ever tried and plenty sharp; seems sharper than Astra, the closest thing in recent usage I can compare it to. I'm thorougly impressed. I've still got Kai and Perma-Sharp to try out (also from NapalmCola) but when I run out of Big Bens, I may be buying these. a/s: mentholated/alumnated Witch Hazel, followed by Heno de Pravia. (also courtesy of NapalmCola!) My face feels fantastic - best shave in quite a while. Have a good week, gents.

Yes, Continental Portugal twice and the Azores island San Miquel about 9 times (mostly as a child) as my father is originally from there. He immigrated to Canada in late 1961. My wife and I purchased all the items shown while in Portugal.

One of the most beautiful European countries - with Lissabon (or Lisbon, as you call it) being one of the most beautiful cities I've been there 4 times, my parents spend all their vacations in Portugal, at least twice a year. Been to Madeira once (gorgeous island) but never made it to the Azores.
Look at that! Another Portuguese on the forums! Seja bem-vindo, confrade! I figured you were Portuguese when I saw the rooster and your location icon! So many Acorianos in southwestern Ontairo!
