Plans for the Fatboy

I should be getting my Fatboy by next weekend, Lord willin' and the river don't rise. Since it's going to be a user, I'm thinking of sending it to Razor Emporium for a revamp. They're supposed to be adding Black Nickel to their list of finishes. I'm thinking that would look wicked bad, with the adjustment numbers painted white.

Oh yeah, all black will look really cool. I have a FB in black/white rhodium and the black really pops.

 

Shave with it first, if you like it then replate it if needed. Sometimes razors Look rough in photos, but clean up very nicely, and do not need replating.
Oh, pics would help.

 

Give the man some time! He said it won't be in until this weekend.

Crap. I remembered that half-way through the day.

 

Fatboys are my favorites. I've bought some, so bad they listed as parts razors. Upon receiving them, they still looked hopeless, all locked up, and not a bit of finish that wasn't dark brow.
After a hot water and Dawn soak, they looked brand new.

 

This razor is unspeakably beautiful. Congrats.

Cool, never thought of it that way. I called it a Black Handle Super Fat Boy since it looks like a black handle super speed.
