Friday, January 22 Prep: hot shower Lather: TSE tallow Bay Rum scent Brush: Vie-Long 13061M Razor: Blackland Blackbird Blade: Persona Blue (5) Post: Ogallala bay rum I love this brush! I've never had any tangling or birds nesting problems with it. It always provides me with a slick and shiny lather and almost always face lather with it. Scrubby but soft tips and just the right size.
The Snake Bite is almost as cold as a Glacial aftershave so I'd advise you to think twice before trying it! I'm a menthol maniac so for me it's perfect but it can cause a brutal shock to someone who isn't!
TGIF! First shave today with the Route 66. It has a nice clean scent, lathered well and provides a slick smooth shave. Afterwards my face felt soft, the lanolin must help with that. A keeper for sure! Have a great day everyone!
I'm not very good a this but here's my take. The scent to me is light, not soapy or powdery. Fresh, clean and refreshing. A hint of citrus....very pleasant, I wouldn't mind showering with something like this.
