    Good to hear you're making progress! Hot towel and warm lather are really nice indeed! Adding a few drops of glycerine to the lather makes it more slick as well!

    Don't go for the perfect shave yet. First you will have to make yourself familiar with the new gear and the new techniques.

    All in all: take it slowly. You'll get there!

    Remember the more you practice the better you will get!! I found that using some Pre shave oil keeps the razor burn on check. But that is me you know YMMV. Good luck with you're next shave hope it comes out better and enjoyable.
