I prepared my face with The Executive Shave Co. Pre-Shave Oil. The Geo. F. Trumper Rose Shaving Cream face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #36 horse hair brush. Two passes with my Edwin Jagger DE89 razor and a Voskhod blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with Thayers Cucumber WH and Geo. F. Trumper Limes Skin Food. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

I'm continuing to dial in the Slim. Today set at "7" for the entire three passes and came away with one of the closest (bbs) irritation shaves in a long time. Tabac is fast becoming one of my favorites as well

Efficient CCS this morning. I enjoyed the menthol kick from the Proraso and TSD SubZero. I've never done a menthol Monday before and I like it! It's get the work week off to an invigorating start.

First shave with the Maggard MR1 and it seems like a great, efficient, and mild shaver. The Rapira blade worked well as well.

Great choices. I just tried my GFT Violet shaving cream sample and it was pretty good stuff.
