February 2, 2016 Razor- Pre-War Fat Handle Tech Blade- GSB(2) Brush- VdH Boar Soap- VdH Deluxe This is my third shave with this razor and, as before, it has not disappointed. I can see that this is a mild yet efficient razor and why so many speak its praise. I'm wondering if I'm becoming a razor snob, though, as I just don't seem to *like* it as much as some of my other razors. I certainly can't fault its performance. Rather, its almost a visceral feeling... perhaps from the relative insubstantialness of the Tech. Anybody else find themselves feeling this way about a razor? JR

Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette Platinum still in the Maggard V2 Open Comb. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Stirling Executive Man Menthol. Bob
