BBS again in two easy passes from my Super Speed/Astra combination and the Paradise Frost soap delivered a ton of fragrant lather with an ever so mild cooling effect which I felt on the second pass. The Amici aftershave thinks it's a cologne - its scent is gorgeous, and it lasts all day. This aftershave contains more detectable menthol, and it's also very soothing!

It sure is fun and a chance to learn something about photography. I never even took photos before joining the forum.
I love photography, mostly shoot landscapes. Product shots are a new thing to me though. A different challenge, but very fun!
I don't mind the questions. No need to ask forgiveness. No one is above receiving advice. I used a Fusion Proglide prior to switching to DEs just over 2 years ago. I got decent shaves. Not even what most would call DFS. I love Barbasol. If im in a hurry, I use Barbasol and my Fusion. That combo gives me the best shave I can get. I've tried dozens of combos. I don't think I've tried those two blades. I learned my lesson about pressure a year ago. Now, if my face wasn't in the way, the razor would fall.

FRIDAY Frameback Friday Second day using a vintage frameback-style razor—both from George Wostenholm & Son, this gold Sheffield IXL razor has always been a smooth-feeling razor, but compared to yesterday's shave—a bit more harsh. Next step is to give it a finish off the SG20k. Menthol-laden Stirling soap and a woodsy Wm Neumann finish. Excellent shave. Have a happy Friday, all!

Day 5 Schick repeater focus The fifth day in a row with the Schick type A and it was the closest shave of the week. I did change it up a bit with the routine and used Trumper skin food as a pre shave. 2 passes WTG and Im BBS except for the lower neck line which always alludes me. Im not stretching the skin tight enough Im thinking. All in all a great work week of shaves heading into a long weekend for us Western Canadians (Family Day Feb 8th). I'll likely keep going with the Type A razor until the Chick blade dulls and then switch to the Schick Type B2 razor.
Friday Blackland Blackbird Persona Lab Blue (5) TSD Coconut Elite Razor E7 Seaforth Spiced 2 passes and a little touch up on my neck and I am good to go. Now, to find somewhere to go...
