I called Personna to tell them about my poor experience. I was offered a return and a new batch sent out to me. They offered to send me a label (free for me) for the return. Since I arranged for an Amazon return, I was offered a free batch (quantity unknown) as compensation for the poor experience. I told them thanks, but the purpose of the call is to let them know that there is a problem. Personna was very interest and tried to be helpful.
Both Personna and Amazon have great customer service.

Interesting, I could never get Personna to respond to my emails about a year ago. Glad you had better success with them.

I used the phone; much harder to be ignored.

youngunn Where's my TSD aftershave balm???

I'm never ordering blades from amazon again. I'm convinced I got knock off feathers. Only getting them from reputable sellers

It's not Amazon that's the problem, it's the suppliers that sell through Amazon. Amazon just fulfills the purchase.

IMHO if they are knockoffs, it's Amazon's job to sift the knockoff's from the real. Otherwise they are no better than Ebay. But as I've said before, are they knockoff's or are they poor manufacturers quality controls?
Also, Amazon stands behind there sales. I got a full refund,
