Hello Chris, I thought I recognised the username. Yes, Scotland played well and looking back at Wales' first try, he was offside. Having said that, I still think we were the stronger side on the day (but again, I would say that, wouldn't I? ). I'll be watching the England game this afternoon, it should be a good one. Good luck!
Scratch, Thanks. Wales were indeed the stronger side but Scotland put in a spirited performance and deserve better than 0 from 2. But that's the game. As for the England game this afternoon, I nearly switched channels at half time. Disorganized, too slow at the breakdown, no line speed, hospital passes to static players and all the old discipline problems, I thought I was watching the old England squad. I know a win's a win but the last 20 minutes is no time to wake up. Up until then I saw nothing which would cause Wales or Ireland undue concern, let alone any of the southern hemisphere sides. Deja vu, I used to have this same conversation at work with a Wales-supporter friend and he left four years ago! Apart from that it was ok. Curry delivery's on the way. Back to the original topic, how's the "proper" shaving experience going? Regards, Chris
Thank you all again for the welcome messages, a diolch i ti @Primotenore am y croeso yng Gymraeg. @chrisbd The shaving's going well, cheers Chris. I'm still really enjoying it and always look forward to it. I remember you saying a New Improved was on your bucket list, have you tried one yet?
Croeso. My mother's father's family emigrated from Wales when he was only 3 years old so there's a bit of Welsh blood running through my veins. Looking forward to your participation here at TSD.
Scratch, No, I don't have a New Improved yet. I keep hoping to find a bargain priced one but I think I'll have to dig a bit deeper. There are also some nice vintage Gillette Aristocrat TTOs I'm watching on the bay but I suspect their winning bids will be too rich for my blood. Regards, Chris
Really? That's fascinating. In that case, you sir are a Cymro . Do you know which part of Wales your taid (grandfather) was from and when he left? @chrisbd Message me your details Chris, you can borrow this one for a while, providing you don't mind sending it back by 2nd class signed for delivery (£3.90).
