For Saturday I picked the type N injector with a Schick twin blade. Very smooth comfortable shave. The Orange creamsicle has a nice menthol chill! The weekend is off to a great start! Have a great day everyone!
Prep - Woods Of Windsor Cedar Woods soap / Pre-lather / 3 min steam Razor - Gillette Slim Adjustable Blade - Gillette Silver Blue Brush - Vie-Long 04312 Cachurro Horse Soap - Haslinger Coconut After - Frozen towel / Brylcreem Adventure A/S Result - Dolphin Smooth! Another new soap and one I've been after for a while. Coconut is my favourite scent snd this soap is just that! I was slightly perplexed by the 60g puck, but after seeing how little is needed, it may last longer than a 120g tub of something else. I received some A/S as part of a very generous PIF as I wanted try A/S for the first time since going DE. Pleasantly surprised by the result and it's a nice scent too. I fear I may be struck down by another AD! My face feels fantastic now. Update - On my last shave with the Razor Master Uula soap. So far, this is the best post shave feel that I got from a soap, possibly only beaten by XPec cream.

Here's what I am going with tomorrow... Would have used the Futur today but it arrived after I shaved. Look forward to using it in the A.M.
Just to be on the safe side....That pretty zebra purse in the background...that's the wife's.... not mine.
SOTD: Saturday, February 20 Proraso Sapone CH2 Synthetic Fat Boy (5) Polsilver SI (2) Proraso AS & Balm Last shave in Mississippi until April. I'll skip tomorrow, seeing that I have 800 miles to drive and, losing an hour, want to get out of here early. However, today, I really dialed in the Proraso Sapone. Whoever says they can't get a cushiony, delicious, protective, slick lather from this soap hasn't put in the effort. Tonight's the final performance of Carmen and Monday...my entire shave den is mine again. I will, as promised, titanic my way through the Proraso soap, AS & Balm---however I get to choose a different brush, razor and blade, and that's enough for me. Have a great day!
Hard to say. Maybe not enough H2O? I worked the lather on the face until the lather no longer dragged, (i.e. sticky) when it becomes smooth and silky, you should be good to go. I could even buff my chin with my FB set to 5.
I learn stuff everyday, but I do know that cremo works great for uber lather. I read it on here even before I joined and tried it and they were right!
