One of my recent acquisitions. Not an oft-seen set. I'm not for certain this was a military set but based on the years it was made, the type of cases it has and the mirror most commonly seen in military sets, it's certainly plausible that it was a World War II military set for the Canadian military. Mr-Razor also alludes to this with his set on his web site. Then again it could just be a general travel set. Either way, you don't see it often.
A good find! I've seen these before but not so complete. Your set seems totally intact, right down to the mirror and unused box of blades...
