To clarify, date codes of Wx are 1951. If it has no date code either a 1949 or 1950. The way to tell if no date code is the following if it says pat nos on package on the base plate it is a 1949 if it says pat nos on pkg then 1950. They did a test stamping of V3 in the 3rd quarter of 1950 on other razors like Super Speeds and Aristocrats before making it official starting in 51. Known examples exist for those razors and examples might also exist for Executives.
