I just picked up my 1st razor a 1914 everready. I am on the fence on my next purchase a 1912 gem or gem junior. Or should u go with the clog pruf gem micromatic?
    Thanks I'm a padawon.

I would say the 1912. The micromatics are solid razors but the 1912 are more awesome sauceish.

Go with something a bit different , the Clog-Pruf is a fine choice. You'll get to the 1912 eventually :)

In my opinion, there are two other Gems that make for great shaves. Gem G-Bar and Pushbutton are excellent razors.

I would also add the featherweight to that list.

I'm currently blade auditioning for my '50's era Featherweight. Once I find a blade, it'll be joining the rotation

The G-Bar is my favorite GEM of the multiple that I own.

I suggest you try them all to find your favorite.

A Junior...next to the Damaskeene, it's the best of the SE razors IMO.
