Wanted to, tried it, no go. I have 2 $40 gift cards to C&E, and the local C&E store doesn't have a bbb in stock. AND, even though it's their own GC's, C&E has some lame policy about not being able to use their giftcards for purchase from their online store. So.....no bbb for me, and a sour taste for all things C&E. The worst part about them, the local store told me they'd been out of the bbb for over 6 months. What kind of company lets their inventory falter like that.
Well that just bites. Is the sale for stock on hand only? Otherwise, maybe you could make them give you a raincheck/special order.
Nope, stock on hand. They said they could order it for me, but since I'd be paying once the brush arrived, that I wouldn't benefit from the 20% off sale. I understand they're trying to prevent online fraud, but it's really frustrating that a company won't even accept their own giftcards online.
