Late posting. Busy day! I went to the senior center for breakfast and some music. There is one guitarist that is hard to tolerate! Pompous a$$!

I also had to stack a pile of wood I split up last Friday. I was waiting for a warmer day and today was nice!

I did a shower and then warmed my bowl and brush with HOT water. I dampened my face and applied the pre-shave cream while they warmed up. Nice shave with the old Gillette as always.

Razor - Gillette 1956 Red Tip
Blade - Perma-Sharp (fresh blade)
Pre-shave - Proraso white
Soap - Sir Hare Classic Barber
Brush - Simpson X2 pure badger
Post-shave - Thayers toner "Lavender" & Proraso balm
After-shave - Pinaud Clubman "Vanilla"

I did a nice 2-pass with minor cleanup on my jawline WTG & ATG. The weight of the razor was all it took. Nice and smooth! No cuts, nicks, or weepers and alum bar was silent. This time I got the amount of shave soap right with all used for shaving with none left over!

Everything went well with this shave. This was a very uncomplicated shave and I am fine with it. Two passes and a slight touch-up gave me a nice shave without errors.. The alum was silent for the most part. Splashed on the Old Spice and I am good to go. Take care.

Best shave to date with the Kamisori. I definitely have it dialed in. It delivered a super smooth and close shave without any issues. I am all set for a travel day via Jet Blue to Vegas later this evening.
