Just wondering if a longer handle could be purchased to replace the stock short handle? If so, who sells replacement handles?
The 34c is a 2 piece. I have seen custom machined knobs, but not replacement handles for that razor. I think if you like that shave, go for one of their longer offerings like the 38c. Another option is the Edwin Jagger or Muhle, those are both 3 piece razors and shave similarly to the 34c. You can use pretty much any handle you would like on them.

The Merkur 33c is the three piece version of the 34c. It can be paired with any standard handle. Maybe you can even get the head separately. And by the way all other closed comb three piece Merkur razors have the same head. Even the closed comb travel razor,that comes with a two piece handle and a small leather pouch.
