Hdere is one of my recent rescues. The blade has about 1/16" chips that I honed out with a course stone. I have not seen many like it and is the first true frameback I have seen on a Torrey. It cleaned up slightly and despite all, gives a smooth shave. I was worried about the angle of the bevel being to steep, but from a shaving standpoint it worked out. I got it at an antique store. Everything is original with the old plastic scales. Not much to write home about, but I was glad it can still be made useful.

    Nice

I love the "Torrey" razor. I wish there were more around. You did a nice job on an American classic. Well done!:D:D
