    Been a while since I researched Straights. There were many made in Europe, but stamped / branded for North American retailers. The old Sears Roebuck business model - they don't manufactured Craftsman tools. Hired out the work to subcontractors.

    Its Possibly a Solingen Razor..Some USA Hardware Stores had them Imported with their Company Names on them..There were Not Many Hardware Stores that made Razors..Also..It was a Way Around Heavy Tariffs on German & Foreign Imports at the Time..;)
