A new brush by Sparrow

    With life a little hectic of late, it took me a long time to complete this one.

    Done in Japanese Horse Chestnut with 26mm two-band @53mm. Polyurethane finish.

    Asymmetric FTW! The paradigm is turned profiles. A handle that cannot be made on a lathe is eye catching. Is the finish semigloss?

    Thank you gentlemen for the positive comments!

    @Jayaruh I'm not sure if I'll keep it or send it to a new home. I have so many brushes as it is and, like you, I enjoy making brushes and sending them to new homes. @RyX was the first person on TSD to get one of my brushes...it was from some cypress that he sent me.

    @RyX you are correct Sir. It's a semigloss polyurethane finish. More asymmetric brushes coming soon
