Advice for software in Benelux

    I'll be moving to Belgium for the next year or so. Will be bringing a razor and brush but figure I will just get soap/AS/blades there. Looking for recommendations beyond the usual (palmolive, vergulde hand, etc).

    I'm not really aware of anything made in belgium. They do share borders with France and Germany, which might open up some possibilities. Monsavon bol a raser? A drugstore brand in France that you can't much find around here. And lots of shave soaps out of Provence that you've probably never heard of.

    +1 on Monsavon if you find it. A terrific soft soap with a nice lavender scent.

    So will you be learning Dutch / Flemish or French? Dutch is much more fun but I may be biased. ;)

    My wife is Flemish so I already know a little Dutch but I'm sure that will rapidly expand through the immersion.
