Just wanted to post an update. I added a tube of C.O. Bigelow cream. I still really like the KMF cream but sometimes the menthol is nice. I've tried some Personna Red's with good success. Right now I'm trying out some Crystal's, but only have one shave on them. I've actually gone about 5 days since my last shave so we'll see how that goes in the morning. I'm still so pleased with how pleasant everyone here is though.
Welcome from another newbie. Started with an SR two months ago, and just started throwing in DE as well. The EJ is a great razor from what I hear. Lots of great info on these boards. Have fun!
Bitter, You might be careful about going too many days inbetween shaves. The longer the whiskers, the more tug, pull and irritating the shaves can be, plus it may degrade the blade much faster. Best of luck.
Yeah, this wasn't so much by choice...just they way things worked out. It certainly trashed the blade. The shave itself was ok, but the next day was terrible on that blade.
