Hey! Found this at an antique store in Craig, CO for $10.
What do ya’ll think? I love my Gillette Tuckaway and was surprised to find a smaller razor. Razor tuck has the plastic torn by the “Open Here” slot, but there’s still razors inside.

Online it looks like it’s a 1947-1951 Gillette Travel Tech razor

That's cool. They are good shavers. I had my first one in Basic Training in the Army in the 60s.

Congrats! You snagged a very nice example. I have a Travel Tech. It shaves great, and it is fun to use.

Very nice find. It's a 1965 zamak Travel Tech.
The indented logo on the top cap wasn't on any brass caps, only zamak.
Date codes weren't on the razor until the 3rd quarter of 1950, so K is 1965.
Look at the Mr. Razor site; the earliest he shows that shape cap is 1963.

Awesome information!! Thank you! I didn’t even realize that the one I found online didn’t have Gillette stamped on the top ‍♂️

Also, anyone know how to clean up the pitting safely so it’s smooth? Mostly on the handle, but a little bit on the bottom half of the cap
