Any chileheads here?

    Me too. I keep a bottle of Melinda's on the dining room table and another on my desk at work. I use it like most people use salt and pepper. We always keep a bottle on reserve in the pantry to make sure I never run out.

    Try DAVES Inanity gormet hot sause....it reads...A great cooking ingredient for sauces, soups, and stews, Also strips waxed floors and removes driveway grease stains. Enjoy.

    I own a number of super hot sauces, mostly from Blair's Death Sauces. I have a bunch of his reserves, including his 16 Million Reserve which is basically just crystal heat.. lol

    If I ever get around to it I will take some pictures of the collection.

    So far I've managed to avoid collecting. With such a great sauce shop here locally, it's hard to hold out, lol

    I tried to convince the the wife that it would be a good idea for me to start growing red savinas and ghost chilies...

    I put a few pepper and tomato plants in between the flowers. Wife had no problem with that. We've been eating the tomatoes lately. Peppers should be ready soon.
