I have tried three of their creams. Rose, Indian Sandalwood, and Almond. All produced top-notch lather. However, the Rose caused some irritation and the Sandalwood scent was over powering (to me).

I have settled on the Almond. I like the scent. No irritation. top-notch lather.

    Thoughts???

I have used a few of Salter's samples. I've found the ones I've used to be very nice.
Currently I only have the French Vetiver one stock. It's a very acquired taste. I call it funky, and i think that's being nice. But the face afterfeel is very nice.

Top notch lather is correct. A great cream for those of us with hard water.

I keep Wild Rose, French Vetiver, and Sublime Citrus in my den.

You know what’s nice about Salter Vetiver shave cream? Every couple of weeks when you want something that smells pungent and yet performs well there’s the blue tub of Vetiver waiting on you.

    Tomorrow’s the day.

    Edit: French Vetiver

You’re probably right. I didn’t check their website. I took a guess since I knew they carried their creams.

Their hard tallow soap is also worth trying. A very pleasant mild lavender scent

I had an Almond but got rid of it. Just didn't do much for me.

I love the French Vetiver and I also like the Indian Sandalwood & Sublime Citrus. I have also tried the Wild Rose, but I do not care fir it. I have a full tub less 3 shaves, just sitting in my den.
