    Hi,
I recently purchased a NOS Merkur Vision 2000.

I am wondering if there is anybody out there still using it?
Do you have any tips on how to clean it? What do you use to clean it with?
How is it holding up after a few years later?
Looking forward to hear from you!
    Thank you.

Hello Stanley, I don't know if you are a member there or not, but I am pretty sure a fellow called Turtle over on the Badger & Blade has one and uses it. I think he is a steward over there. I'll try to find out if so, and which part of the forum he stewards for. I'll let you know.

Turtle is the steward of the Shave Clinic, and Newbi Check In forum at the Badger and Blade. Good luck sir.

Stanley, does the fellow you got your Vision from have any more? If so could you pm me the particulars?

Maintenance is the same as any other adjustable TTO. Rinse after each shave and every now then clean it with a toothpaste and scrubbing bubbles, then a little WD40. It should last for many years.

    "Toothpaste" or "toothbrush"?
I use a light machine oil, such as 3-in-1, instead of WD40 only because of the smell of WD40, but that's me.
