The key on the page http://jrshaving.blogspot.com/p/the-jayaruh-brushes.html explains: A = Adopted C = Completed, available for adoption I = Incomplete, available for adoption NFA = Not For Adoption I am not sure where you are looking. At the top of this page are December offerings. One has been adopted, but the others have not yet. If you are interested in any other brush, let me know. The $10 off offer for the raffle donors is for the December offering at the top of the page.
looks good indeed. I do like the handle design.....on brush 59 (get your kix....on Rte 66..I should stop! lol).
SWMBO says, "They must go!" I have pulled out the following brushes for adoption. These are all crafted without a lathe. Adoption fees are reduced for this group. Any one is $25 shipped. Additional brushes are $20 in the same shipment CONUS. Add 10 for international. If you have always wanted a Jayaruh brush, now is the time to give one a good home at a bargain adoption fee. PM me your questions, choice, or choices. Since my shoulder surgery, I will not be making brushes until probably at least April. We shall see. You can see all the brushes and stats here: The Jayaruh Brushes The boars: The synthetics: The badgers:
Jim, quick question about your boars, Have you used any of the VS boar knots ? What was your impression of them ? do you have any that have been well broken in ?
I have not used any of the VS boars. They would need to be broken in. They have good backbone for sure.
In January I put up 17 brushes at a special price of $25 each including shipping. I am glad to say the SWMBO is happy with the results. There are just four brushes left: two boars and two synthetics. I will also offer a 10% discount on two or more. PM me your choice/s. Edit: I decided to offer the final four for $20 each.
