I think he's been covered up with his day time job, but you might check with Adam @Drygulch. He's made SR strops, belts, wallets, and had an Etsy shop.
I have one of his strops, too. Better quality than most I've seen. I checked my bookmarks, found his ETSY SHOP. No items listed right now. That home addition took his work space.
I am assuming that you are looking for a bandolier-type piece made rather than a strop. Have you tried Moonshine Leather? They make a variety of leather goods, and might be willing to do custom pieces. I have several belts from them, and they are top quality. https://www.moonshineleather.com/ If you want to do it yourself, Tandy Leather has been around forever, and sells leather and leather tooling supplies. https://www.tandyleather.com
Thank you for the tags, gentlemen. My leather shop is still in storage, due to the fiasco our home remodel turned into, and working 50-60 hours a week at my day job. I have refered a few people to Shane at http://flaquitoleather.bigcartel.com/. He does good work, and is also a wet shaver.
