Avon Aftershave Chess Set

I seem to remember someone wanting to build a full set of the Avon Chess decanters, but can’t remember who. I ran across an auction yesterday with the 32 pieces all included. Not sure if any are full or not, but shipping to Kansas was only $25 bucks, and it has no bids.

I mentioned this set to my lovely bride, and a threat of gelding me with my own straight razor was made. I think I may have hit the point in my collection where she is a little fed up. That said, I really want this to go to a home where it won’t get broken up. It doesn’t say if any are full or not. I don’t think we are allowed to post links to live auctions, but send me a message, and I will be happy to send a link.

 

Are they all of the same fragrance?

 

I don’t know. Also don’t know if full or empty.

 

Avon really thinks of EVERYTHING for aftershaves, I'll say that right now(wait a minute, I just DID, lol).

If you want to save space, do what I did and get a Straight Up Chess board that hangs on the wall. It doesn't keep my chess game from stinking, however.
