Baili blades made by ASR?

I recently purchased some Baili Super Blue (aka Super Stainless, blue box) and Baili Top Gold (aka Super Stainless Platinum, green box) blades from Joe at Shave-a-Buck. "American Safety Razor Co USA" is printed on the back of the boxes.

The web page for the Baili Platinum + blades states that they are imported from the USA. The web pages for the Top Gold and Super Blue blades do not make this claim. Does anyone know if the Super Blue and Top Gold blades are made by ASR? If so, what is their "standard" ASR moniker?

The front page of the Shaveabuck site, which sells these things, has the following notice:

Baili Double Edge Razor Blades Are Made In China. There Is No Known Connection To Personna Brand Products.

So this question must come up a lot. I have no idea. I hadn't heard of these blades until a few days ago.

Which directly contradicts the statement on Baili website, at least for one of their blades, hence my question. It is rather puzzling that they would mention ASR on blades with no connection to ASR, but that might be my taking it out of context because I cannot read the Chinese text.

Pretty strange indeed, I wonder what information Joe has that would cause him to print that on his site.

Well Energizer-Schick, the parent company to ASR has to my knowledge the only remaining DE production facilities in the United States which is comprised of the remnants of the Schick DE manufacturing line and the ASR manufacturing line. So if these are imported by Baili then it would have to come from one of these two sources which is one corporate entity. Another possibility is that Baili's website is incorrect and all their blades are made in China or somewhere outside of the United States.
