Baked Potato

Quick poll:

When masticating baked potatoes, how many of you usually eat the skin, and how many leave it?

 

Unless it's a sweet potato, the skin goes in (my tummy)!

 

if the skin is in the way, it gets eaten too

 

I like the skin. I even like the skin on my fries. Tells me they are real potatoes!

 

The inside only gets eaten to justify eating the skin.

I knew there was a reason I set out with 5 options, but when I got around to making the list, I couldn't remember what #5 was, and shortened it to 4 :ashamed001 - "None of the Above" or "Other" was going to be #5

Every since I can remember I've eaten baked potato skins. In fact as a kid I'd often eat the skins of everyone else's baked potatoes too. When we first got married, my wife had never seen anyone eat potato skins, except maybe pigs on the farm. She thought it was way gross at the time and still remarks whenever I do it, especially in public for some reason (I mean honestly, it's not like I'm farting at the table or anything)

 

maybe you should, then she'll stop talking about the tater skins...:happy102

 

i like to toss a tater in the nuker for while longer than normal so its gets the skin all crunchy. if you saw it you'd prb think "gross" but i likes it.

 

it is not finished until nothing is left on the plate.
